**Description du poste**
Dans le cadre de son développement, NAOS HOTEL GROUPE, recrute un **Cluster Revenue Manager**:
Poste basé sur notre établissement de Clichy en charge des établissements suivants:

- Hampton by Hilton Paris Clichy - 156 chambres
- Hotel Niepce, Curio Collection by Hilton - 52 chambres
- Hilton Garden Inn Paris Massy - 152 chambres
- Hilton Garden Inn Paris La Villette - 92 chambres

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général des Exploitations vous êtes en étroite collaboration avec:

- Les Directeurs de nos établissements et la Responsable Commerciale Groupe,
- Le Service Revenue management Hilton qui fournit l’outil de gestion Yield et conseille les établissements

Vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Elaborer & valider quotidiennement les stratégies de RM (arbitrage du Mix Client, adaptation de la politique tarifaire et gestion des canaux de distribution) en fonction des besoins et des opportunités ;
- Collecter et analyser les données de réservation pertinentes (taux d’occupation, prix moyen, évolution des réservations, etc.) sur lesquelles sera bâtie la stratégie tarifaire ;
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle afin de suivre l'évolution du marché sur les problématiques 'Offres'/ 'Pricing'/ 'Distribution' ;
- Analyser les performances et impact des actions mises en œuvre et proposer des réajustements afin de maximiser les résultats ;
- Affiner les grilles tarifaires des établissements.

**Profil recherché**
Diplômé un Master 2 spécialisé en Yield Management, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au minimum 03 ans sur un poste de revenue manager idéalement sur Paris, ce qui vous permet d’avoir une bonne connaissance du marché.

Vous maitrisez parfaitement Excel et parlez couramment anglais. Vous possédez un bon esprit de synthèse et d’analyse et êtes naturellement à l’aise avec les statistiques.

Bon communiquant, vous faites preuve d’ouverture d’esprit et avez le sens du service.
