L’équipe
L’équipe Operational Effectiveness & Customer Care a pour mission d’assurer que la promesse client d’HelloFresh soit respectée. Pour cela, nous avons en charge:
- La réduction de notre taux d’erreur avec l’ensemble des équipes opérationnelles (Achats, Production, Livraison, Qualité)
- La gestion du service client
Le poste
Ton objectif sera de simplifier la vie de nos agents pour améliorer l’expérience avec notre service client. Tu auras des missions à la fois opérationnelles et d’amélioration continue à destination de notre service client:
- Gérer des tâches opérationnelles
- : tu épauleras l’équipe dans l'exécution de tâches opérationnelles associée au service client, à notre mission d'efficience opérationnelle et à la documentation de nos processus- Améliorer nos processus
- : tu utiliseras les outils du Lean Manufacturing pour identifier et améliorer les processus opérationnels appliqués à notre service client- Améliorer nos outils
- : tu développeras tes compétences en Python en améliorant nos outils sous Streamlit
Si tu veux être plongé.e dans l’amélioration des opérations d’une scale-up en hyper croissance, alors ce stage est fait pour toi
Ce que nous recherchons
- Tu étudies dans / es issu.e d’une top école d’ingénieur ou de commerce
- Tu es customer centric, tu as le sens de l’écoute et du relationnel, une précédente expérience en customer care est un plus
- Tu es curieux.se et aimes aller au delà de ton scope initial
- Tu maîtrises Excel/Gsheet et a un réel intérêt pour Python
- Si tu maîtrises aussi SQL et/ou Streamlit c’est encore mieux
- Tu parles couramment français et maîtrises l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Tu es organisé.e, rigoureux.se et portes une grande attention aux détails

Le déroulé du processus de recrutement

A ton arrivée, nous te concoctons des sessions d’onboarding qui te permettront de rencontrer chaque manager et de t’imprégner du fonctionnement de HelloFresh.
