**MISSIONS**

Sous la Responsabilité du Directeur Général, le/la Spa Manager est responsable du pôle bien-être et fitness du Spa du Mandarin Oriental, Paris en assurant les missions suivantes:

- Piloter la performance économique du Spa,
- Responsable du budget de votre service et de l’optimisation de son chiffre d’affaires,
- Développer le plan Marketing du Spa en animant et développant les ventes en adéquation avec les principes marketing définis,
- Manager l’équipe des Spa Operations Manager and Treatment Manager,
- Garantir la qualité des prestations, la satisfaction client et leur fidélisation.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Expérience similaire de 5 années dans un établissement haut de gamme,
- Anglais et Français courants,
- Excellente présentation.

**MISSIONS**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Spa Manager is responsible for the wellness and fitness center at Mandarin Oriental Spa, Paris, carrying out the following missions:

- Manage the Spa's economic performance,
- Responsible for your department's budget and optimizing sales
- Develop the Spa's marketing plan by driving and developing sales in line with defined marketing principles,
- Manage the Spa Operations Manager and Treatment Manager teams,
- Guarantee service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**REQUIRED PROFILE**
- 5 years' similar experience in a high-end establishment,
- Fluent English and French,
- Excellent presentation skills.
