Dans 10 ans, le monde de la santé aura connu une révolution technologique radicale. Chaque patient sera accompagné dans son traitement par un dispositif digital. Chaque professionnel de santé aura à sa disposition des outils numériques qui changeront son quotidien.

**Les missions du Healthcare Business developer**

u intégreras d’abord une équipe projet composée de développeurs et de designers. Le rôle de cette équipe : challenger le client pour concevoir avec lui un produit de A à Z qui répond à son problème. Cela passe par:

- Aider le client à construire un produit qui répond parfaitement aux besoins de ses utilisateurs
- Assurer la livraison du produit dans les temps en coordonnant toutes les parties prenantes

**Une fois que le développement de produits techs complexes n’aura plus de secrets pour vous, vous serez investi sur plusieurs rôles clefs dans la croissance de l'entreprise.**
- Talent Acquisition Specialist : repérer, sourcer et recruter les meilleurs talents du marché de la tech (devs, designers, bizdev). Le recrutement est le premier levier de croissance de mon client
- Directeur Projet : développer nos partenariats avec nos clients existants, soit en prolongeant les projets en cours, soit en lançant de nouveaux projets. En parallèle, vous encadrerez les équipes projet pour les aider à réussir.
- Sales : développer de nouveaux comptes en créant de nouveaux partenariats au sein de l’écosystème Healthtech.
