**PIMAN Executive** est le cabinet de Conseil spécialisé en gestion de contrats et gestion d’affaires industrielles de PIMAN Group.
Notre équipe plus de plus de **80 Contract Managers **opérationnels intervient au cœur des **grands projets** structurants du moment : nucléaire nouvelle génération, Gigafactory européennes, parcs éoliens, photovoltaïque, construction, infrastructure, raccordements et interconnexions France-Europe
Vos missions:
- Accompagner nos Clients à la **contractualisation de leurs affaires et projets industriels**:
- Piloter les **analyses de risques** précontractuelles, et l’animation du portefeuille de risques contractuels lors de l’exécution du marché
- Suivre l’**exécution contractuelle des marchés de nos clients** (Déploiement d’outils pour assurer la traçabilité et l’enregistrement des événements et écarts contractuels, support pour l’animation de la relation contractuelle : établissement de courriers, mises en demeure,)
- ** Identifier les opportunités et risques contractuels pour nos clients **(analyse SWOT des éléments constitutifs du marché, recensement par le biais des données récolées de l’ensemble des écarts induisant un impact sur les délais et financier sur le marché, valorisation de ces impacts,)
- ** Accompagner nos clients à la définition et au déploiement d’une posture et d’une stratégie contractuelle** adaptée au contexte technique / organisationnel / politique des marchés en cours.

Profil retenu:
De formation BAC + 5, issue d’une école d’ingénieur ou d'une formation juridique vous justifiez d'expériences sur des missions similaires.
Fort d'une importante croissance, nous avons des postes à pourvoir pour différents niveaux de séniorité.
