Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Digital Marketing Apprentice, starting in September 2023. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Digital content today is so diverse that it has become difficult for a traditional marketeer to really understand all the different channels from social to eCommerce and create the content that really works. Interested in how Absolut Vodka works on Instagram, how Chivas manages influencers, how global brands can be more effective with their creative productions, how Ballantine’s drives traffic to their online sales ? If this makes you enthusiastic then this might be the job for you.

The job

As Apprentice in the Digital Content Team at the Pernod Ricard global headquarters, you’ll help build a centre of excellence when it comes to content creation. We’re writing the book on effective content production, the must-haves creative assets in social, how to approach the perfect programmatic ads, how to structure an in-house creative agency etc.

For this you’ll need the help of the different digital experts across our different markets & brands in marketing & creative teams around the world.

You’ll also be working closely on our in-house agency (The Mix) strategy, while optimizing ways of working between studios and brand and their clients.

You will also get to work on such topics as our global Search strategy, content innovation platforms and managing team comms to highlight our projects within the group.

Your key missions:

- The analysis and optimization of all our digital content efforts within the business
- The optimization and management of our in-house creative agency global strategy
- The management for our global social media presence and the coordination of asset creation.
- Content trends reporting and co-ordinating webinars & meetings to share with our global network
- Support the Global Content Leader and Project Manager in their daily work (you won’t have to make the coffee, don’t worry).

- A bachelor’s degree in Communication/Marketing/Digital media
- A first professional experience in marketing
- Strong affinity for digital media and content production
- Fluent in English, another European language is an advantage
- Passionate about Digital Marketing and always looking for the newest trends in digital marketing and ways to translate these to engaging content.
- Curious, creative and always sharing new ideas
- An independent and entrepreneurial project manager.
