**Job Title: Content Marketing Manager - Matrix Requirements GmbH**
Join our growing team and be part of our mission to simplify the compliance process for medical device companies, helping them bring their Medical Devices to market faster.
As our **Content Marketing Manager**, your role is crucial in communicating our solutions and delivering valuable content to the MedTech sector. You understand what Developers need and the way they work everyday. You'll create engaging content to showcase the benefits of our products, MatrixALM and MatrixQMS, attracting new customers and strengthening our community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create detailed technical content that outlines the needs, pains and challenges of Developers. You'll also work on helping us bridge the content gap between Developers and Quality teams.
- You'll work closely with different members of our team producing content by various departments, including our co-founders to ensure its consistency and high quality.
- You'll build out the roadmap for content, leveraging external resources (Freelancers, Agencies) to deliver valuable content to our Marketing team, Sales team and customers.
- Develop comprehensive guidelines for all content, helping other team members to create materials independently & ensure harmony across all documentation, ensuring a unified & consistent voice.
- Contribute to our unified brand identity and improve user experience by aligning tone, style, and messaging.
- Build a well functioning library of content to be delivered across different channels, including eBooks, blogs, reports, webinars and Podcasts.
- Craft engaging and informative materials that amplify our expertise & value proposition to the medical device sector.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Understand Developers & the way they communicate.
- Curious mindset (good questions), great written skills & critical thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content across different formats and channels.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience optimising content for search engines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret content performance metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Native English proficiency.
