**Rejoignez notre équipe Française en tant que Customer Support Engineer**:
En tant que membre de l’équipe française, rattaché au Directeur France d’Universal Robots, vos responsabilités incluront:

- Fournir un support technique à distance : Dépanner et diagnostiquer les problèmes à distance via la plate-forme CRM ou au téléphone. Fournir des conseils techniques aux clients et partenaires et élaborer des rapports sur les performances des robots. Vous travaillerez pour cela en contact direct avec les clients, les partenaires, les collègues, le responsable régional des services UR et le support mondial UR.
- Diagnostics sur site et maintenance préventive : Lorsque les problèmes ne peuvent pas être résolus à distance, vous êtes amenés à vous déplacer sur site. Vous pouvez également proactivement visiter les sites clients pour effectuer des mises à niveau, des tests et des diagnostics pour maximiser la disponibilité et la performance des robots.
- Fournir des formations techniques : Organiser des formations techniques destinées aux clients et aux partenaires UR, à la fois en classe sur notre site de Suresnes et virtuellement, en assumant un rôle pratique de premier plan. Identifier les points d’amélioration chez les partenaires et aider à concevoir des programmes de formation adaptés à leurs besoins.
- Proposer les solutions de service : gérer les relations après-vente avec les clients et présenter les avantages des solutions de service UR. Participer à l'élaboration de nouvelles solutions de service avec l'équipe UR ainsi qu’avec nos partenaires.

Vous serez également impliqué dans l’organisation et la réalisation des différents événements marketing et commerciaux : journées techniques, expositions, salons locaux ou nationaux, en accompagnement des ingénieurs commerciaux et partenaires.

**Qualifications, Expérience, Compétences & Formation**:
Le poste nécessite une attitude empathique, flexible, tolérante et une personne qui est bonne communicante et se sent à l’aise aussi bien debout devant un groupe de personnes qu’à distance au téléphone ou par messages électroniques.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir:

- Études techniques, de préférence en robotique, mécatronique ou en automatisation.
- Expérience en automatisation industrielle, programmation de robots et/ou langage script.
- Expérience professionnelle dans le service client ou le support technique - idéalement dans l’industrie de la robotique ou de l’automatisation.
- Expérience dans la conduite de cours de formation technique, par exemple en tant que formateur technique, ou volonté et capacité d’apprendre à conduire des formations.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante d’une part mais également en équipe multiculturelle et avec de nombreux partenaires.
- Passion pour la technique et les relations humaines, motivation, curiosité, approche structurée de l’analyse des problèmes, persévérance, empathie et tolérance sont autant d’atouts pour appréhender de manière optimale ce poste et s’intégrer avec succès dans notre équipe de passionnés.
- En plus du Français comme langue maternelle, vous maîtrisez un bon anglais écrit et parlé et disposez d'un permis de conduire de catégorie B.
