As a
**Learning & Development Intern**, you will join the People team and more especially the Learning & Development (L&D) Team that is responsible for building a fast-growing team that supports Qonto's ambition
- You will work under Céline - L&D Lead - supervision, and you will be supporting the team to build the overall knowledge delivery strategy to make the most out of our Qontoers.

**‍‍ As a Learning & Development Intern, you will**
- Help on the **overall L&D** **program related to the development of soft & hard skills**;
- Support the **smooth running and continuous improvement** of a Qonto L&D "Core" project from A to Z;
- Contribute to the **development of new projects** to up-skill Managers’ and Qontoers’ skills (e.g. leadership communication, feedback, etc.);
- **Make L&D shine at Qonto Level **by participating in** **dashboard creation & KPIs updates, and developing group L&D-related internal communication.

- **Their path**: With a background in marketing and political science, Céline entered the field of innovation to assist senior management and large corporations in upskilling and transforming to adapt to a changing world. Over time, she honed her focus on enhancing skill sets and promoting new ways of working. Lately, she added coaching to a skill set to always better support people’s transformation.
- **What they can bring to you**: Céline is deeply enthusiastic about fostering employee development, enabling them to thrive in their roles. Her driving force is the launch of innovative and diverse initiatives aimed at meeting diverse organizational needs. She arrived at Qonto 2 years ago to develop the L&D team from scratch.

**About You**
- **Experience**: You already did at least one internship in HR (generalist, business project, learning/training);
- **Mastery**: You are willing to learn and develop new skills in Learning & Development, and develop your HR project management skills;
- **Teamwork**: You can build strong relationships with various stakeholders (from People Business Partners to Managers and Qontoers) based on confidentiality and trust;
- **Communication**: You have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- **Languages**: You are fluent in English, another European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish) would be a significant plus;
- **Education**: You are in a Master's or equivalent degree.
