Collecte et analyse les commandes des clients (recueillies par le commercial ou transmises informatiquement EDI)
- Analyse les demandes de délais émises par les commerciaux et évalue les capacités de production des machines, matières
- Optimise les délais de réalisation et l’utilisation des moyens de production en minimisant les coûts
- Evalue et répartit les besoins des clients par semaine afin de déterminer la quantité totale à produire
- Assure la création et le suivi des Ordres de Fabrications
- Planifie la fabrication ainsi que les essais de nouveaux produits avec la production
- Met à jour et modifie le planning de production lors de retard de production
- Analyse la répartition du plan de charge par machine
- Identifie les matières non disponibles et replanifie les OF en conséquence
- Met à jour le plan d’approvisionnement
- Définit la priorité des ordres de fabrication
- Veille à l’adéquation entre capacités de production et charge de production
- Prépare et participe aux différents inventaires
- Est en relation avec les services de la production, des approvisionnements, des commerciaux
- TLRL (Calculation of the Replenishment Lead Time ) qui consiste à enrichir une base de données afin que le service commercial puisse répondre le plus rapidement possible à nos clients
- Amélioration continue & Réorganisation des magasins réception et expéditions (stockage, méthoddes, modes opératoires, optimisation )
- Mise en place et optimisation des inventaires tournants et transferts par lecteur code Barre
