Notre force réside dans notre capacité à gérer un projet immobilier de A à Z, de la recherche de locaux jusqu’à l’aménagement des espaces en passant par les phases de négociations, de transactions ou encore d’accompagnement au changement. **Le pôle Workspace conçoit et réalise l’aménagement des espaces de travail de nos clients. Vous intègrerez un pôle d’une cinquantaine de collaborateurs composé d’une équipe de Project Management, d’un BET fluides, d’une équipe de Designers et Architectes d’intérieur, et d’une équipe travaux.**
**En qualité de Workspace Project Manager, **vous êtes responsable des projets d’aménagement d’espaces tertiaires en termes de coûts, délais et qualité.
Fort d’une véritable **culture de conseil**, vous accompagnerez les entreprises de toutes tailles et de tous secteurs ; depuis la définition stratégique du projet jusqu’à sa concrétisation et dans le cadre de **missions Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage, Contractant Général ou Maîtrise d’Œuvre**.
Vos missions auprès des clients seront de:
- **Être le chef d’orchestre du projet**: être le lien permanent avec le client, diriger les comités de pilotage, être force de conseil et de proposition auprès de nos clients,
- **Assister nos clients **dans le cadrage de leurs opérations immobilières, principalement dans la définition de leurs ambitions en lien avec leur volonté d’évolution,
- **Définir les besoins **du maitre d’ouvrage et le **conseiller**en fonction des contraintes architecturales, techniques et budgétaires,
- Assurerla **coordination**des différents intervenants internes et externes tout au long du projet jusqu’à la réalisation des travaux,
- Contrôler et participer à l’élaboration des **dossiers techniques et financiers **nécessaires au bon déroulement du projet (cahier des charges, DCE, CCTP, chiffrage),
- Assurer les **consultations,**la **négociation**puis le **pilotage **des entreprises prestataires.
Vos missions en interne seront de:
- **Manager **les consultants qui composent votre équipe projet,
- Effectuer le **suivi administratif **de vos projets (contrats, facturation, reporting, etc ),
- Participer à l’élaboration de **propositions commerciales**,
- Participer à des **projets transverses internes **pour améliorer la vie de l’entreprise et des collaborateurs.
**Vos atouts**
- Vous êtes diplômé(e)s d’une **formation de niveau Bac+4/5 **type école d’ingénieur ou d’architecte,
- Vous avez une **expérience d’au moins 5 ans **sur des missions d’AMO, MOE, Contractant général, maitrise d’ouvrage, cabinet de conseil ou d’un BET,
- Parce que vous êtes le garant des projets de vos clients, vous êtes **autonome**, **organisé(e)** et **adaptable**,
- La maitrise du **Pack Office **est indispensable,
- La maitrise d’outils de CAO (Autocad, Revit,) et de l’anglais sont un plus.
