As part of the TA team within our People department, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy for the engineering roles of one of our tech tribes.

**To know more about our tech tribes, within the Bureau of Technology (BoT), composed today of about 300 people, you can consult**:
**YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT)**:
- Manage the entire perimeter for Talent Acquisition across Europe
- Educate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision-making
- Launch TA strategies on different channels: new offices & territories, employer branding, etc.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our people
- Share, learn and partner with the People department to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business.

**YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF**:
- You have 4+ years of recruiting experience in a similar role, in an agency or start-up/scale-up environment
- You are fluent in English
- You are driven by data and a tech-savvy: you love pulling data & assessing complex information, you like to play with the new tools to improve efficiency
