**A propos du poste**:
Pour notre activité Signalisation, nous recherchons un **Project Contract Manager (F/H) basé(e) à Saint-Ouen (93)**, au sein de notre siège.
Vous aurez à gérer un portefeuille de projets et rapporterez hiérarchiquement au Responsable du Contract Management du Grand Compte concerné.
Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe projet pluridisciplinaires (finance, planning, opérations, qualités, achats,) dont vous serez un membre clé.
**A propos de vos responsabilités**:
Expert(e) du contrat sur tout son cycle de vie, vous **managez** et **coordonnez le développement et la mise en place de stratégies proactives de gestion des contrats/réclamations et d'atténuation des risques conformément aux objectifs commerciaux de Alstom** ; y compris les prolongations de délai (EoT), les ordres de modification, les modifications de contrat, la gestion des litiges et des pénalités.
Vous assurez la bonne tenue des dossiers et la préparation des dossiers à l'appui de réclamations solides ou de contre-réclamations.
**A propos du profil recherché**:
- Vous êtes Ingénieur de formation ou vous avez un diplôme en économie / école de commerce ou diplôme de juriste ;
- Vous avez au minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en contract / claim management dans un secteur industriel et une expérience en gestion de projet ou au sein d’un service juridique ;
- Vous savez interpréter, rédiger des contrats et résoudre des difficultés avec pragmatisme et créativité ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en anglais de façon totalement autonome ;
