**SECURITY MANAGER CDG**:
**Responsable de l’équipe de sécurité physique, de prévention des pertes et de protection de la marque au sein de CDG HUB, ce poste est rattaché au Directeur de la sécurité FR et l’assiste dans les différentes tâches telles que la construction et la mise en œuvre de processus et de normes de travail nouveaux ou existants, le recrutement, la formation et l’audit.**
**Le Security manager dirige et soutient les responsables des équipes sous sa responsabilité telles que les agents LSR, le contrôle room, l’accueil, les agents de surveillance etc. et est le principal interlocuteur en cas d’incidents ou d’urgence à CDG HUB.**
**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**:
- Assister le Directeur sécurité dans les activités quotidiennes telles que les enquêtes, l’évaluations des risques, l’analyse des données, la mise en œuvre des politiques de sécurité, la conformité des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs.
- Contribuer à réduire les pertes commerciales liées aux incidents de sécurité et aux réclamations associées en identifiant et en comprenant les vulnérabilités, le modus operandi et en mettant en œuvre des moyens et mesures appropriés pour protéger les biens transportés dans l’environnement opérationnel.
- Implication directe dans des enquêtes complexes. Mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des programmes qui préviennent le vol, le détournement et les pertes de la chaîne d’approvisionnement en partenariat avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Coordonner et assurer la planification, l’embauche et le développement des membres de l’équipe.
- Planification, budgétisation et suivi de la mise en œuvre et de la performance des services de gardiennage au sein du HUB
- Développer des multiplicateurs de présence, en mettant en place des initiatives de formation et de sensibilisation à différents niveaux au sein des opérations et des fonctions supports.
- Créer des mécanismes pour soutenir l’intégration de tous les nouveaux talents dans l’organisation et contribuer à la croissance des autres en agissant en tant que mentor, en encadrant et en donnant des feedbacks pour contribuer au développement des talents et soutenir le développement de carrière de l’équipe de sécurité et des autres services.
Ce poste couvre un fonctionnement 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 et peut nécessiter des horaires de travail variés.
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Niveau Master ou équivalent de 5/7 années d’expérience sur poste similaire ou dans les Forces de l’ordre.
- Experience en management requise.
- Une expérience dans les aéroports et/ou l’environnement réglementé du fret aérien est un plus.
- Expérience dans la sécurité de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, y compris la gestion de fournisseurs de services logistiques tiers, la prévention des pertes, la gestion des risques ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Très bon niveau d’anglais et de français requis.
- Bonne connaissance des activités en salle de contrôle, vidéosurveillance, contrôle d’accès, alarmes et systèmes anti-intrusion.
- Certification TAPA FSR.
