**Description du poste**:
Rattaché(e) au service Talent Développement, vous intervenez dans le déploiement des actions visant à développer les compétences et l’employabilité des collaborateurs du cabinet, conformément au plan de développement des compétences défini.
**Mise en place du plan de développement des compétences**:
- Participer à l’élaboration du plan de développement des compétences (collecte, consolidation, chiffrage et analyse des demandes) et à la refonte annuelle et mise à jour du catalogue interne et externe de formation
- Sur un périmètre défini, analyser des besoins exprimés, identifier les programmes/organismes de formation en adéquation avec les besoins remontés, planifier les sessions de formation et assurer le reporting de son activité
- Assurer un suivi des évaluations à chaud et la remontée d’alertes (démarche d’amélioration continue)
- Suivre les reportings (Statistiques et synthèses) de l’activité selon les échéances définies et participation à la préparation des documents internes et légaux (Plan prévisionnel, COPIL trimestriels, Bilan de formation, Bilan social)
- Participer à l’alimentation et au bon paramétrage de l’outil Learning et à son optimisation
**Communauté des formateurs internes**:
- Pilotage de la communauté des formateurs internes : cadrage objectifs / planification des sessions internes
- Assurer leur accompagnement dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs
- Animer la communauté des formateurs internes au travers d’un plan d’action à définir
- Accompagnement des concepteurs de formation, notamment dans la création des modules e-learning sur notre plateforme LMS/LCMS et sur toutes méthodes de pédagogie innovante
**Qualiopi**:
- Piloter l’ensemble des actions réalisées en mission au titre de notre label Qualiopi
- Assurer la coordination des différentes parties-prenantes
- Assurer la récolte des preuves avec l’aide des deux apprentis du service
**Communication**:
- Participer et proposer des actions de communication interne sur l’actualité du développement des compétences à diffuser sur notre intranet
De nombreux projets annexes sont proposés chaque année au collaborateur recruté pour favoriser l’amélioration continue de nos pratiques et lui permettre de développer ses compétences.
**Votre profil**:
Issu(e) d’une formation Bac +5 minimum (spécialisation RH, formation professionnelle, ingénierie pédagogique), vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le domaine du développement des compétences et plus spécifiquement de la formation.
Vous maîtrisez:
- La législation de la formation continue ;
- L’ingénierie de formation ;
- La gestion de plusieurs projets en transverse
- le pack office et notamment Excel (niveau avancé)
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute et vous êtes:
- Autonome, pro-actif et pragmatique dans votre approche et dans vos recommandations ;
- Reconnu pour votre sens du travail en équipe et votre capacité à susciter la collaboration entre différents experts ;
- Rigoureux et méthodique.
