Our team is growing, and we are hiring a Global Sustainability Project Manager.

Reporting to the Global VP Sustainability, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively contribute to_**
- Coordinate Sephora Global Sustainability strategy throughout the Regions where Sephora operates,
- Promote the Global Sustainability priorities and targets within our Regions,
- Implement the strategy in the different markets in cooperation with the regional and local teams by
- Providing support for change to turn sustainability into a competitive advantage,
- Bringing your expertise to support the implementation of the global sustainability strategy in regions,
- Supporting local teams and the network of Sustainability Ambassadors in all our markets in their execution of regional roadmaps to achieve the Group’s sustainability commitments.
- Ensure that the sustainability projects and initiatives are aligned with the Global sustainable strategy.

You will be responsible for _**
- Implementing, coordinating, and monitoring various Global sustainability projects in different areas including sustainable packaging, waste, circular economy, but also climate and biodiversity and others: you will participate to expand our program which allows consumers to dispose of their beauty product packaging at dedicated in-store stations so that it can be recycled ; you will participate to reinforce our sustainability training programs and to animate our “Green Haert Community”,
- Preparing materials for the various sustainability committees,
- Identifying, formalizing, and sharing sustainable best practices across our countries and operations,
- Supporting the Regions where Sephora operates to implement the Global Sustainability Strategy and various projects,
- Supporting the Global CSR Reporting Manager in monitoring global, regional and local action plans to update Sephora’s CSR report.
- The position is based in Neuilly sur Seine (Paris area)._

- Passionate about sustainable development, you’re resilient, perseverant, team-oriented and you demonstrate a collaborative spirit. You know how to set up communication channels that encourage collaboration
- You have a strong experience in project management in an international environment:

- You're able to lead projects and work quickly, independently, and on schedule, while maintaining high quality results and a highly positive team energy and spirit
- You can manage several projects in parallel and therefore being highly operational
- Organized, structured and rigorous, you have the ability to adapt and prioritize your work. You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to listen
- You are an expert in PowerPoint and know how to use all its functions to produce impactful presentations, adapting the content to your audience.
- You have at least 3+ years sustainability project management experience in an international environment.
- You are fluent in English. Fluency in French is a plus.
