**Global Employer Brand Senior Manager **(M/F/X)

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
As **Global Senior Manager of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing**, you will be responsible for contributing to, crafting and executing Sephora’s Global Employer Brand strategy; giving it a strong, distinctive, and consistent voice, that takes into consideration regional strategies.
Reporting to the Global Director, Engagement & Employer Brand, and working in close partnership with the Global Communications and Regional Employer Brand teams, you will be responsible for developing campaigns that communicate Sephora’s Global EVP and the authentic employee experience to elevate the awareness and attractivity of Sephora as a worldwide employer.

- Lead campaigns to influence how we are perceived as an employer, building and implementing marketing strategies (both messaging and creative), and implementing programs in various internal and external channels.
- Activate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), internally and externally, and drive our Employer Brand strategy.
- Build, coordinate and facilitate the production of content (written, visual & video) that helps reinforce the desirability and attractivity of Sephora.
- Develop editorial calendar and campaigns that support Sephora’s voice and presence across current channels, including Sephora’s corporate & career website inside-Sephora, digital platforms (LinkedIn), and explore future channel opportunities.
- Lead the development of EB dashboard and aligned metrics across regions to monitor and measure performance of initiatives.
- Lead the concept and development of a global Employee Ambassador program.
- Lead the design of innovative ideas for advancing our employer brand footprint.
- Act as a champion for Sephora’s employer brand across the organization, and partner with regional employer brand teams to create opportunities for employees to learn how to best promote Sephora as a preferred place to work.
- Lead media channels (LinkedIn, inside-Sephora) and day-to-day maintenance and engagement.

- At least 7 years working in social/content marketing or employer branding
- Regional or Global experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility
- Ability to lead without authority, to influence and drive collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines.
- Must have prior experience in demand generation/marketing campaigns
- Passion for storytelling, and creative copywriting skills to craft high-quality marketing, social, web copy and content.
- Understanding of social media best practices and the nuances of channels (like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
- Portfolio that demonstrates your success as a strategic thinker with strong marketing, advertising, and employer brand experience.
- Experience with tools like, Canva (graphic creation) and Sprinklr (editorial calendar and social listening)
