**INTERNAL COMMUNITY MANAGER - VOLVO GROUP**

**You are a creative, reliable, reactive and sociable person.**

**Join us as an "Internal Community Manager", you will be responsible for creating and federating a community around "new technologies in the industry" within the Group Trucks Operations division of the Volvo Group.**

**Your mission will be to develop and manage communities related to development of Manufacturing Technology organizations and networks.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Expert in communities, as "Internal Community Manager", you create, federate and lead exchanges between members of networks related to new technologies. To do this, you will mainly use internal social networks and other Volvo Group tools (Yammer, Teams channels, Sharepoints sites, Intranet, etc.).
Ambassador of "Manufacturing Solution Technology Developments" to network members, you will communicate with internal networks and cross-functional services related to digital transformation and you will share the reactions of the community. This dialogue with internal networks is essential: on the one hand, it will make it possible to disseminate advice and share on projects and technological developments and, on the other, to forward comments or criticisms to the departments concerned. All this with the aim of facilitating the implementation of digital transformation, by sharing knowledge through the community.
Your means of action will be varied: spark conversations and intervene directly, create content (post, article, presentation, video, live stream, web page, indicator, survey, tutorial, interview, events (hackathon, hybrid event, etc.), have the community choose the next project they want to see developed or presented, offer competitions or meetings with project stakeholders, etc.
To develop the desire, loyalty and cohesion of your community, you will have to master the codes of the actors of these networks and promote the exchange of experiences.
You will also have to enforce the rules of good conduct within the community, in accordance with company rules, for examples, related to the protection of personal data.
The animation of the communities will not be your only mission, you will also have to manage: the analysis of the results, the production of editorial content, images and photos + videos (content manager).
You will need to master Microsoft tools or have the ability to acquire the skills related to these tools.
You will also need to master the video and audio editing tools that will have an important place in your activity.

**Fluency in English (spoken and written) is**
**MANDATORY** for the position:
All tools, communication and community animation will be in English.
**Job interview will be made in ENGLISH**

**The position will be based in France, in St Priest (69) but with an international influence.**
You will probably be required to travel abroad during your mission.

**This mission will be in “ALTERNANCE” under APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACT for a minimum duration of 24 months.**
