**#Département**

Nous recherchons un stagiaire manufacturing process engineer H/F pour notre département Industrie qui maitrise l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur. Nous proposons un modèle industriel unique.

Nous concevons et livrons nos ressources matérielles, ainsi que nos infrastructures. L’industrie chez OVHcloud regroupe les activités clés, telles que la supply chain, le manufacturing, la maintenance mais aussi l’ingénierie et la R&D. Nos équipes innovent en permanence et cet engagement au quotidien garantit un niveau de service compétitif et de qualité pour nos clients.

Vous intégrez l’équipe de la Unit DC OPS plus spécifiquement la squad Infra.

L’ingénieur en qualité opérationnel est l’expert du domaine de la fiabilité des sites de l’ensemble des datacentres (DCs) d’OVH. A ce titre, il assure la coordination du déploiement des process, des best practices, de la documentation et des outils relatifs au fonctionnement des DCs sur les domaines de son expertise

Pour assurer cette mission il collaborera avec les équipes exploitations en DC, la squad Infra de DCOPS, et les équipes R&D, Solutions, et PM.

**#Mission**

Rattaché au Directeur Infrastructure DC OPS,et en appui de celui-ci et de l’équipe nous avons besoin de vous pour les missions suivantes qui s’articuleront sur les axes suivants:

- Vérifier la base documentaire technique des Datacentres (DC):
Vous validez la disponibilité et la complétude des dossier des ouvrages exécutés (DOE)
- Vérifier la base documentaire opérationnelle des Vérifier la base documentaire technique des Datacentres (DC):
Vous validez la disponibilité et qualité des SOP, MOP, EOP
- Elaborer une base documentaire de scénarios de Drill (simulation d’incident):
Vous coordonnerez avec le Training Center les actions de formations en lien aux résultats des Drills
- Auditer la complétude des Post Mortem (rapport d’incidents):
Vous établirez une base documentaire de savoirs communs de retours d’expériences un process de communication des Post Mortem sur tous les DCs

**#Profil**

En cours de cursus de fin d’études et /ou d’ingénieur
- Vous êtes curieux et possédez un fort intérêt pour l’environnement IT et les environnement critiques en continuité de service 24/7
- Vous êtes force de proposition, et vous n’hésitez pas n’hésites pas à prendre des initiatives
- Vous êtes doté d’un grand sens du service, vous avez à cœur d’avoir un impact positif sur vos interlocuteurs internes et/ou externes.
- Vous êtes ouvert sur le monde et travailler dans un contexte international est un critère important pour vous, c’est pourquoi votre maitrise de l’anglais est un peu plus
- Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide et challengeant
