Skello est une société européenne qui a pour mission de réinventer l’expérience de travail des équipes sur le terrain en leur permettant de mieux anticiper, s’organiser et communiquer. Comment ? Grâce à une technologie collaborative et intuitive.

Concrètement, Skello est une solution SaaS de pilotage RH pour tous les établissements dont les plannings sont complexes. Pour les managers, Skello optimise l’organisation du travail et aide à la prise de décision dans le pilotage des coûts liés aux équipes. Pour les employés, Skello facilite leur communication et simplifie leur quotidien.

L’ambition de Skello est de devenir la solution de référence pour toutes les équipes de terrain en Europe. Pour cela, une levée de fonds en Série B de 40M€ a été réalisée en septembre 2021 auprès de fonds experts dans le domaine (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) pour apporter toujours plus de valeur à ses clients grâce à de nouvelles fonctionnalités et s’ouvrir à de nouveaux secteurs d’activité, au-delà des secteurs historiques : l’hospitality, le retail et la santé.

**Contexte**

En tant qu'Events Manager, ta mission est de maximiser la présence sur le terrain de Skello, à la fois en externe et en interne.

Ton objectif : faire des événements et de la présence terrain un levier de croissance significatif et pérenne dans la durée.

C'est l'opportunité de participer à l'expansion de notre stratégie terrain. Tu es un lien essentiel entre les équipes Sales et les équipes Marketing (Growth / Brand). Tu joues un rôle clef dans le développement de la société.

Tu es rattaché au VP Marketing et tu travailles également avec les équipes Marketing, Produit, Talent, Opérations et Revenue.

**Missions**

**Business Events**
- Identifier les événements offline et online, établir une cartographie et un calendrier des Salons, Conférences, Webinars, Séminaires professionnels ainsi qu'un scoring des différents types d'événements ;
- Définir la stratégie d'approche des différents Événements en fonction de leur typologie et scoring ;
- Prospecter les événements identifiés ; Négocier et assurer la signature des accords de participation ;
- Organiser et gérer la participation à ces événements en vue de maximiser le potentiel d'impact (MRR/Chiffre d'affaires) et de notoriété / visibilité pour Skello ;
- Être garant du ROI des différents Événements et des actions de Field Marketing dans leur ensemble.
- Faire évoluer le Playbook Events et l'ensemble de la documentation commerciale/marketing nécessaire - en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing ;

**Happiness & Internal Events**
- En collaboration avec notre Office & Happiness manager:

- Tu es responsable d’animer notre culture interne via des évènements internes en ligne avec nos valeurs.
- Tu es responsable des rituels qui font vivre notre culture et de les faire évoluer (Skello show, anniversaires etc.).
