**Votre mission**
- Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Global Sales & Marketing Senior Vice President, vous serez son véritable bras droit. Votre rôle consistera à le soutenir dans le pilotage stratégique et opérationnel du département afin d’atteindre les objectifs. Vous serez le facilitateur et le garant des échanges entre les différentes parties prenantes, fonctions centrales Sales & Marketing, les différents marchés et autres fonctions du Groupe.- Pour ce faire, vos principales missions consisterons à:
- Participer à la construction de la feuille de route Sales & Marketing sur 3 ans qui impliquera:

- De piloter le portefeuilles de projets internes
- De définir les priorités en collaboration avec les différentes leaders
- De construire et de mettre en œuvre un plan d’actions visant à assurer l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Coordonner annuellement la feuille de route Sales & Marketing:

- S’assurer de l’alignement des équipes aux priorités / objectifs et qu’elles disposent des ressources nécessaires pour les atteindre
- Suivre l’avancement des projets / actions et présenter leur avancement lors des instances prévues à cet effet
- Identifier les risques et en proposant des actions de mitigation
- Contribuer au pilotage de l'activité en animant les différentes instances de la gouvernance et en assurant l’analyse et le suivi des KPI’s
- Accompagner la transformation et le changement en harmonisant et en améliorant les process dans une optique de performance par l’introduction d’outils et de méthodes agiles
- Collecter et synthétiser les supports de communication, données et analyses pour guider la prise de décision stratégique lors les différents comités de direction Global Sales & Marketing et Hager Group: Sales & Marketing Leadership, Strategic Committee, Operational Committee, Vorstand meeting, Supervisory board.

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes diplômé.e d'une formation Bac+5 en école de commerce / management ou d’ingénieurs, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie, réalisée idéalement dans le conseil ou au sein d'un groupe industriel à travers un rôle de gestion de projet business / PMO dans un environnement international.- Vous disposez de solides connaissances en matière de coordination de projets et méthodes agiles.- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. La maîtrise du français ou de l’allemand serait appréciée.- Vous êtes d’un tempérament résilient et téméraire et savez vous adapter à des interlocuteurs divers dans un environnement changeant, complexe et matriciel.- Vous démontrez une réelle vivacité d’esprit afin de pouvoir traiter de plusieurs sujets en parallèle.- Vous êtes diplomate et fédérateur.rice.**Candidature à soumettre en anglais**.**Notre offre**
