**LE CONTEXTE**

Dans le cadre de sa croissance, Photosol cherche à renforcer son équipe Energy Management. Actuellement composée de 3 personnes, vous serez en lien avec plusieurs pôles transverses tels que le financement, la facturation ou encore le légal.

**LES MISSIONS**

**Analyse de marché**:

- Analyser les différents marchés de l’énergie dans lesquels Photosol développe des projets renouvelables et de stockage ;
- Définir les indicateurs de suivi des prix et les fondamentaux des différents pays où Photosol est présent ;
- Produire des rapports synthétiques sur les marchés de l’énergie, la structure des mécanismes de soutien aux EnR et les tendances de marché
- Être le garant des scénarios de prix de l'électricité

**Business**:

- Participer aux consultations et appels d’offres PPA
- Négocier les Term-Sheet et contrat Long-term en collaboration avec les équipes juridiques
- Suivre les contrats de revente d'électricité PPA
- Organiser la consultation des agrégateurs pour la valorisation du portefeuille en Complément de Rémunération

**Opérations**
- Gérer et suivre la vie des contrats d'agrégations, de valorisations des Garanties d'Origines et des Garanties de Capacité
- Être le point de contact privilégié des équipes internes de développement, finance, opérations relativement aux différents contrats de revente
- En lien avec les agrégateurs et les équipes internes travailler sur les nouveaux services et les optimisations (Participation au mécanisme d'ajustement à la baisse, Fléchage vert, structuration de nouvelles offre CPPA Baseload, Fixed shape, etc )
- Mettre au point des outils de reporting économique des centrales de production
- Contribuer à la création d'outil et de process pour la gestion de la vie des contrats

**LE PROFIL RECHERCHE**

Issu.e d'un cursus ingénieur ou commerce, vous avez une expérience dans le secteur des achats ou de vente d'électricité. Avec des compétences solides en matière de calcul et d’analyse quantitative, vous maîtrisez Python ou R. Enfin, vous aimez intervenir dans des environnements internationaux et avez un anglais courant.

- Un contrat CDI (statut cadre - forfait 218 jours/an) ;
- Un salaire fixe à définir selon votre profil + un variable sur objectifs (équivalent à 1 mois de salaire) ;

- Télétravail : 1 jour/semaine ;
