L'équipe Tech & Product People Development a pour mission de créer une dynamique d'apprentissage, de performance et d'engagement au sein des équipes Tech et Produit.

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Au cœur de nos équipes Tech & Product, tu auras un impact sur des sujets clés pour l'organisation. Tu travailleras à la résolution de problèmes d'organisation, de processus, d'outils et à l'alignement des équipes. Tu soutiendras également de façon plus globale la connaissance produit au sein de Doctolib.

En tant que stagiaire Knowledge Strategist, tu joueras un rôle clé en soutenant les équipes Tech & Product, afin que** le savoir et la connaissance produit soient bien collectés, structurés et diffusés au sein de l'entreprise.**

Tu seras directement rattaché(e) à la Product Knowledge Strategist et inter-agiras avec les Product managers, les équipes data, marketing et les équipes terrain (commerciaux, support, service client).

**Tes missions principales**:
Coaché par la Product Knowledge Strategist, tu devras:

- F**ournir de la visibilité sur la roadmap produit à l'ensemble de l'entreprise** en:

- Sélectionnant les fonctionnalités importantes ;
- Contrôlant et coordonnant les rituels, les supports et les processus de communication entre les pays, les produits et les équipes ;
- Maximisant l'impact de ces processus
- T'assurer que les **évolutions produit sont bien recensées et accessibles** à l'ensemble de l'entreprise en:

- Évaluant la disponibilité et la qualité de la documentation avec les acteurs concernés.
- Maintenant et améliorant les processus de documentation ;
- **Animer la communauté interne d'experts produit** (chargée d'améliorer la proximité entre les équipes produit et terrain, afin d'assurer des déploiements fluides et qualitatifs des nouveaux projets) en
- T'assurant de la logistique et de son animation
- Créant les supports et les rituels nécessaires

C'est une opportunité pour toi d'avoir un impact important dans une entreprise en pleine croissance qui compte déjà 5 tech centers - à Paris, Berlin, Milan, Niort et Nantes - et dont les produits sont utilisés à travers la France, l'Allemagne et l'Italie.

**LES QUALITÉS ATTENDUES POUR CE POSTE**

Tu seras le(la) prochain(e) membre de notre équipe si tu:

- Tu es diplômé d'un bac +4 minimum
- Tu as une attitude volontaire et un état d'esprit collaboratif, positif et déterminé
- Tu as de solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
- Tu as un intérêt marqué pour la gestion des produits
- Tu es structuré et méthodique
- Tu as de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Tu parles couramment l'anglais et le français

Ce serait fantastique si tu avais aussi:

- Tu as déjà une première expérience en stage de 6 mois minimum
- Ta maîtrise de Excel / SQL est un plus

**A propos de la politique de travail flexible chez Doctolib**

Nous proposons 3 modes de travail, en fonction de la configuration de ton équipe.
- Hybride : tu travailles 2 à 3 jours par semaine depuis le bureau.
- Office-based : tu travailles toujours depuis le bureau
- Remote : tu travailles à distance et rencontres ton équipe une fois par mois.
