Technology Area Manager

**Technology Area Manager - Disruption M/F**

**Main accountabilities and responsibilities**
- Be technology responsible in development projects from project-planning to start-up collaborating with R&D, Innovation Teams and suppliers
- Secure that manufacturability and technology possibilities are considered in all development stages
- Support Innovation Teams in feasibility studies for the Supply Chain
- Steer external suppliers in assigned projects and drive supplier development (incl. technical capabilities)
- Identify, mitigate and eliminate risks during development (e.g using FMEA).
- Prepare Capex input for assigned projects
- Set up Technology Requirement Specification to secure well-defined equipment delivery
- Take responsibility for planning and execution of production system validations and define acceptance criteria
- Manage IP in assigned projects.
- Maximize the use of our assets through an effective Life Cycle Platform Management, while honoring our Safety and Sustainability commitments
- Lead, coach and train Technology Area Engineers and other project team members

**Experience and qualification requirements**
- Preferably University Degree in Engineering, Science, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields
- Experience from manufacturing operations, technology and/ or R&D (Preferably 5-7 years)
- English speaker
