You should be interested in our opportunity as an **_Designer Graphic Senior H/F - SALOMON_**
**Main missions**:
- Creates visual text and imagery concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers/customers according to the various briefs and requests.
- Study assets briefs and determine requirements with brand and category marketing teams.
- Define & propose the best creative depending on the various consumer touchpoint (digital,retail, point of sale, print )
- Produce campaigns assets from ideation to adaption and ensure the ongoing
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications, brand priorities and timing, budget guidance.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images/videos and presents ideas.
- Explore creative graphic solutions and propose graphic design solutions for campaigns based on the project brief.
- Convince, be able to produce attractive creations and explain and communicate its creations (drawings, mock-up, prototypes) to the project team and the management.
- Benchmark to ensure creative innovation.
- Benchmark, explore, and maintain ‘up to date’ the brand standard guidelines.
- Execute Ad’hoc creative projects (office banners, illustration for the various business units )

- Créer des concepts visuels de textes et d'images, pour communiquer des idées qui inspirent, informent ou captivent les consommateurs/clients en fonction des différents briefs et demandes.
- Etudier les briefs graphiques et déterminer les besoins des marques avec les équipes marketing.
- Définir et proposer les visuels les plus adaptés en fonction des différents points de contact avec le consommateur
- Produire les éléments graphique des campagnes marketing de la conceptualisation à la déclinaison afin d’assurer la cohérence graphique des visuels
