Our Global Marketing department is looking for a **Data and Market Intelligence Manager, **under a permanent contract, to join the Global Strategic Market Insights team (team of 9 members).

Our role is to **support the definition and implementation of bioMerieux Clinical unit franchises’ strategies** by providing market research, analysis/data/insights on bioMerieux activity and its broader market to **inform/recommend strategic decisions on both Marketing/Commercial execution and future Portfolio.**

**What will be your mission at bioMerieux?**

You will be responsible for **gathering, analyzing, structuring and disseminating information **related to **both bioMerieux activity** and **the broader IVD market **including competition.
- Perform quantitative analyses on customers (bahaviors, clustering,...), market (revenue, volumes, market shares,...) and products/services (performance and cross-selling analyses,...) using both internal BI toll (Sales, CRM, etc) and external databases
- Deliver regular business dashboards to Global Marketing and Clinical Unit stakeholders and proactively propose new impacting dashboards and optimization of current onesLead market analysis to support and inform the Global Marketing organization and more precisely products / markets managers and head of franchise in their decision-making process
- Participate in the follow up process of the competition to inform on its strategic move
- Participate to transversal project with cross functional teams (R&D, Medical affairs, Bus Dev, Marketing teams, etc) to answer strategic topics
- Contribute to the development of the department by investigating new way of doing analyses and data sources
- Ensure compliance with internal processes (Purchasing, Legal, Ethics & Compliance )

**Who are you?**
- **
5 years **of higher education in science and/or business
- Minimum **5 years of experience **in business (e.g. consulting, strategic marketing), business analyst, data scientist or other profession with a strong analytical component and a business oriented mindset
- Good **Excel **working skills
- Experience with BI tools (e.g, tableau, CRM) is a plus
- Proficiency in **evaluating and quantifying market opportunities **is a plus
- Experience **working with multi-disciplinary teams**
- You are used to principles of B2B marketingKnowledge of the **In Vitro Diagnostics market for infectious diseases **is a plus
- ** International experience **is a plus
- ** Fluent in English**
- ** Good communication and presentation **skills; ability to simplify messages and share information within the company
- You are **autonomous **and **proactive**
- You have a **collaborative **mindset
