**Areas of Responsibility**:
Accounting, bookkeeping, Vat, mainly consisting of:
- Manage accounts payable.
- Match/Post payable invoices to approved purchase order into integrated accounting system (SAP).
- Work with vendors to resolve outstanding invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
- Maintain the Accounts Payable Inbox on daily basis to ensure all payable invoices are treated.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Handling intercompany invoices processes.
- Manage asset.
- Monitor the aging of all receivables.
- Bank account reconciliation.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and ensure that our financial close and reporting deadlines are met.
- Responsibility for the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and file VAT Declaration.
- Ongoing communication with vendors, customers, and other departments.
**Studies**:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (DCG/BTS).
**Work Experience**:
3-5 years of experience in a medium size company/group or accounting company.
Renewable energy business experience preferably.
**Languages**:
- French: fluently
- English: level B2
**IT Skills**:
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with SAP
**Know - How & Managerial Skills**
- Accurate, efficient, reliable, responsible, trustworthy able to meet deadlines, problem solve, want to learn and grow
- Have a good level of accounting knowledge
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with other departments, co-workers, and supervisors
