**Description de la mission**:
**Vous êtes expert en pilotage de grands projets et souhaitez mettre votre expérience, issue des métiers de l’ingénierie en environnement industriel, au profit de la stratégie de nos clients grands comptes. Les projets de Capgemini Engineering contribuent à la mise sur le marché de produits iconiques qui jalonnent notre quotidien, dans différents secteurs tels que l’aéronautique, l’automobile ou les composants pharmaceutiques par exemple.
En tant que Project/Program Director, vous **êtes responsable de la direction d’un projet d’envergure nationale ou internationale, souvent multisite, au profit des principaux clients de Capgemini **. Ces projets recouvrent fréquemment un CA de plusieurs dizaines de millions d’euros.
Vous **pilotez le projet dans toutes ses dimensions et dans toutes ses phases de sa conception à son déploiement et êtes le garant de la fourniture des livrables **et des services conformément aux engagements de **qualité, coût, délai et performance **. Vous assurez le **reporting interne **et le **suivi contractuel **auprès du client, notamment en participant aux instances de décision.
Vos responsabilités incluent par ailleurs **l’optimisation de la rentabilité du projet **et la **détection de nouvelles opportunités **sur le périmètre ainsi qu’un devoir de conseil attendu au niveau d’excellence adapté à la position de l’interlocuteur client. Vous serez également amené(e) à participer à la construction de nouvelles offres, assurer le renouvellement des projets en cours et porter les propositions auprès des clients en lien avec le métier et le commerce. Vous fournissez une **analyse factuelle du projet ou du portefeuille de projets.**
En ce sens, vous veillez à la **performance des équipes de projet et leur structuration **(recrutement, gestion de la trajectoire des collaborateurs, planification des activités et suivi de la mise en œuvre) en lien avec les opérations et le ressource management. Votre leadership vous permettra de de vous assurer que les équipes utilisent les outils et processus standards de façon optimale et conforme.
**Profil**:
Vous justifiez d’une expérience de plus de **15 ans dans le pilotage de projets à fort niveau d’engagement et d’une envergure d’au moins cinquante personnes.**
Votre capacité à piloter un **projet dans un environnement **à forte valeur ajoutée et vos compétences en **management d’équipe, notamment dans un contexte international **, ne sont plus à démontrer (anglais courant).
Votre hauteur de vue vous apporte une capacité à synthétiser des sujets techniques, à **détecter les risques **et à **animer efficacement l’ensemble des parties-prenantes **(clients, partenaires, équipes internes...).
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre goût du challenge, votre sens de la relation client et votre leadership. Vous aspirez à mettre en œuvre vos compétences en pilotage de delivery au sein d’un projet de grande envergure qui vous permettra d’intégrer le groupe leader sur le marché de l’engineering ?
