**Job title**:

- Oil Free Account Manager

**Location of activity**:

- Regions (departments): Hauts de France (02), Grand Est (08.10, 51), Center Val de Loire (18.36, 37.41.45), Ile de France (75.77, 91.92, 93.94)

**Purpose**:

- Be responsible for the commercial development of OIL FREE products including centrifugal compressors from the Ingersoll Rand product range with direct customer accounts in the assigned geographic sector, in accordance with the objectives and policy set annually by the Division.

**Main mission**:
**Retain existing customers**:

- Build effective and lasting relationships with key direct customers and internal teams to ensure loyalty to Ingersoll Rand products.
- Ensure sales visits (direct customers).
- Offer and sell:

- Maintenance contracts
- Fixed price revisions
- Standard exchanges of general revisions and improvements
- Spare parts
- Any product and service accessory
- Ensure direct sales of new machines from the entire range of assigned products and sales of services in the assigned area.
- Identify and analyze customer needs, provide recommendations for technical and competitive solutions, create technical quotes and follow projects through to turnkey installation.
- Manage several projects simultaneously until the closure of each of them, in collaboration with the sedentary sales team
- Resolve technical and financial disputes with direct customers
- Ensure compliance with equipment installation and operating specifications

**Identify and develop new markets**:

- Integrate new direct customers into its portfolio in direct contact with the after-sales service teams
- Maintain and develop a client portfolio of varying sizes in the following markets: agri-food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil & gas, electronics and metallurgy.
- Obtain and share Market Intelligence, defining and recommending market opportunities by product line, market segment and geographical area.

**Advise and train customers and prospects**:

- Provide expertise and technical support for complex and demanding installations
- Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of available equipment currently offered.
- Coordinate activities and communication between clients and the project manager from the preliminary project to installation and start-up.
- Respond to customer requests for technical and commercial advice on global solutions
- Provide customers with advice and assistance in installing and operating equipment
- Provide ongoing customer training on our products and the use of our software.
- Promote a professional image of the company at all times.
- Promote the organization's service capabilities.
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Plants, Engineering, Legal, Logistics, Credit and Collections to enable the most effective solutions to be compiled.

**Monitor** yo**ur performance and be responsible for the results**:

- Respect and promote company safety rules;
- Ensure weekly management of information (leads, Forecast, etc.).
- Update the customer relationship management tool (Sales Force), offer tracking, the pipeline, as well as usual reporting.
- Monitor the creation and renewal of contracts according to company policy;
- Review sales statistics with the Sales Manager;
- Research and identify the causes of discrepancies between forecasts and achievements
- Propose and implement measures to reduce these gaps.
- Contribute to competitive market
