?? Votre mission est pour un client présent dans plus de 160 pays et connu pour être l?un des principaux leaders mondiaux du secteur de la logistique et du transport maritime. L?innovation et la digitalisation sont au c?ur du projet de développement du groupe. L?organisation est à la fois tournée sur l?humain et sur l?agilité ce qui permet de structurer le développement et ainsi, encourager les salariés à prendre des initiatives et innover. ?
Vous coordonnerez divers projets transversaux sur des périmètres métiers liés à des fonctions d?achats indirects, des fonctions de management de la documentation groupe, des fonctions liées à la RSE et des fonctions support (RH, juridique, voyage, etc.).
L?objectif étant d?accélérer au maximum la montée en connaissance et l?agilité de développement et/ou de déploiement en restant à proximité directe des product owners
métier, des experts métier, des experts IT et des fournisseurs en charge des applicatifs.
**?? Vous aurez donc les missions principales suivantes**: ??
? Recueillir les besoins et les points à améliorer auprès des utilisateurs internes des outils
? Consolider les besoins, les catégoriser et les prioriser en concertation avec les métiers
? Organiser des réunions d?arbitrage pour définir le contenu fonctionnel du projet
? Elaborer les spécifications techniques générales du projet sur la base du cahier des charges, en fonction de l?architecture technique et des exigences en termes de sécurité
? Superviser la rédaction des spécifications (techniques) détaillées du projet
? Evaluer les risques (coûts, délais?) pouvant intervenir au cours de la réalisation
? Définir les besoins en termes de ressources humaines et de compétences techniques
? Mettre en place les structures du projet et ses règles de fonctionnement
? Piloter et mesurer l?état d?avancement
? Superviser et coordonner le travail de l?ensemble des acteurs internes et/ou externes
? Planifier et organiser les tests unitaires et de charge
? Suivre la mise en production et le déploiement
? Assurer la correction des anomalies
? Intervenir sur les phases de suivi et de maintenance évolutive et corrective (TMA) des
solutions déployées
**?? Les compétences attendues sont les suivantes**:
??Vous avez un solide expérience dans l?univers de la gestion de projet et du reporting
d?entreprise.
??Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l?utilisation des données et des indicateurs.
??Vous avez une capacité à comprendre les impacts de l?architecture du système d?information sur le projet et une bonne connaissance des architectures applicatives.
??Vous avez des connaissances sur des techniques de planification et de présentation avec maîtrise du pack office (Excel et Power Point notamment).
?? Vous êtes bilingue en anglais.
