YOUR ROLE
Would you like to ensure IT compliance policies and practices and oversee the quality of IT services and deliverables within our global IT department?
If so, we have the opportunity to work as the Manager of Operations You will ensure the IT compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, implement IT controls and audit mechanisms.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Devise and implement compliance framework to monitor IT operations teams and service providers performance that ensure CEVA KPI are met i.e. SLA, OLAs.
- Prepare and deliver IT compliance training and awareness to all IT staff members
- Develop the IT audit and risk management framework
- Develop and implement a system for tracking, documenting, and investigating any and all complaints (internal or external) regarding IT compliance policies and/or practices.
- Advocate IT compliance policies via regular written and in-person communications with ITMB, department heads, and staff.
- Define Service availability metrics for key CEVA IT Services and ensure its implementation in IT operation
- Audit existing compliance practices across IT organization; Identify potential risks or liabilities.
- Coordinate with Cyber Security to ensure that information security measures adhered by IT departments
- Manage and coordinate/track IT Audits initiated by various stakeholders and following up with resulting actions
- Provide governance and tracking of operational KPI/SLA and its remediations actions when SLA/KPI fail
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You have direct work experience in an IT project management, Compliance, Risk and IT operations
- You have experience in developing and deploying policies, procedures, and processes.
- You have a strong familiarity with IT Operations
- You have strong compliance, Governance and IT operations experience and solid understanding of IT process and procedures relating to IT operations.
- You have good stakeholder management skills
- Having the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- You have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Englis. You are a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with internal and external partners / service providers.
