**We are looking for a **Visual Merchandising Specialist W/M**:
The Visual Merchandising Specialist ensures the most inspiring and profitable visual merchandising in Salomon touchpoints (D2C and Wholesale) within a defined region, by creating, sharing and executing strong VM (Visual Merchandising) that drives Global consistency and retail profitability.
**Main Activities**:
- With an eye on inventory, build the by channel VM Guidelines, both standard and seasonal, including engage zone, window and mannequin merchandising with a strong collaboration with retail marketing and merchandising teams.
- Participate in seasonal product kick-offs (future seasonal alignment with Merchandising and marketing). Collaborate to define the product presentation for future seasons with a creative, modern and commercial mindset.
- In collaboration with the retail experience team, maintain VM in the Global HQ retail lab.
- With the expertise of the Field, contribute to new store opening plans. Visualize all floorplans seasonally for a defined region, track major changes, record impact to capacity and align with Allocations and merchandising. Lead new store openings and concept refits in defined region when needed.
- Ensure our retail network receives exceptional VM support & visits, build close relationships with VM champions and District Managers and externals in the field to execute the Brand vision in a defined region (EMEA focused).
- Gather consumer feedback from the Field (consumer journey, assortment, marketing & VM related topics) and feed the HQ retail teams accordingly.
- Think analytically when visiting stores, reviewing store numbers to maximize productivity in the VM action plans & executions.
- Create VM training content, live and/or recorded, for all VM related topics (IWD platform, retail summit, talent training, Wholesale kick-offs etc.). Ensure regular training during field visits.

- Le/la Visual Merchandising Specialist(e) assure le merchandising visuel le plus inspirant et le plus rentable (D2C et Wholesale) au sein d'une région définie, en créant, partageant et exécutant un VM (Visual Merchandising) fort qui favorise la cohérence globale et la rentabilité retail._
**_ Activités principales :_**
- _ Elaborer les directives de VM par canal, à la fois standard et saisonnier, y compris la zone d'engagement, la vitrine et le merchandising de mannequin avec une forte collaboration avec les équipes de marketing de détail et de merchandising._
- _ Participer au lancement des produits saisonniers (alignement des saisons futures avec le merchandising et le marketing). Collaborer à la définition de la présentation du produit pour les saisons futures avec un esprit créatif, moderne et commercial._
- _ Maintenir la VM dans le laboratoire de vente au détail du siège mondial._
- _ Contribuer aux plans d'ouverture de nouveaux magasins. Visualiser tous les plans d'étage saisonniers pour une région définie, suivre les changements majeurs, enregistrer l'impact sur la capacité et s'aligner sur les allocations et le merchandising. Diriger les ouvertures de nouveaux magasins et les réaménagements de concepts dans une région donnée, si nécessaire._
- _ S'assurer que notre réseau de vente au détail bénéficie d'un soutien et de visites exceptionnels de la part de la VM, établir des relations étroites avec les champions de la VM, les directeurs de district et les personnes externes sur le terrain afin de mettre en œuvre la vision de la marque dans une région donnée (axée sur l'EMEA)._
- _ Recueillir les réactions des consommateurs sur le terrain (parcours du consommateur, assortiment, marketing et sujets liés à la VM) et en informer les équipes de vente au détail du siège._
- _ Faire preuve d'un esprit analytique lors des visites de magasins, en examinant les chiffres des magasins pour maximiser la productivité dans les plans d'action et les exécutions de VM._
- _ Créer des contenus de formation VM, en direct et/ou enregistrés, pour tous les sujets liés à la VM (plateforme IWD, sommet de la vente au détail, formation des talents, lancement des ventes en gros, etc.) Assurer une formation régulière lors des visites sur le terrain._
**Qualifications**
- **Required Experience**: Field VM expertise - minimum 5 yrs in stores.
- ** Foreign languages**:English fluency
- ** IT Skills**:Office pack, Mockshop, reporting platforms, Adobe Suite (illustrator, indesign)
- ** Ability to travel**: Store visits, retail tours, HQ visits - minimum 30% of the time
