**Aperçu du poste**

Au sein de l’équipe Project Factory, le chef de projet transverse a la responsabilité de mener les études et les projets "transverses". Dans un contexte international et avec un portefeuille Produits extrêmement riche et diversifié, il accompagne les différents business owners et stakeholders dans le lancement et le suivi des nouveaux projets.

A partir d'idées ou de besoins impactant différents produits (site web, app, outils hôtels, API...), le chef de projet transverse réalise en collaboration avec les parties prenantes et les experts, l'étude d'impact afin de qualifier et de procéder à des arbitrages et priorisations. Une fois validé et priorisé, il assure le pilotage du projet ainsi que la coordination des équipes contributrices.

**Missions et responsabilités**:

- Réaliser des études en amont pour éclairer et prioriser par la valeur (études d'impact pour apporter un éclairage opérationnel et ainsi faire mûrir l'opportunité. Ces études permettront de qualifier, d'arbitrer et de prioriser avec une approche transverse partagée).
- Participer à des études de veille et de Benchmark standard afin de trouver des axes d'optimisation et de réflexion possibles pour les différents produits.
- Piloter les grandes initiatives transverses : pour les projets impactant de nombreux produits, vous assurez la gestion globale du cadrage grâce à la coordination des différents intervenants. Vous travaillez pour cela en étroite collaboration avec le métier, le produit, les UX designers et l'IT.
- Mise en place des instances de gouvernance et de suivi de projet (kick-off projet, comité projet, comité de pilotage ).
- Animation des ateliers durant toutes les phases projets (Idéation/pré-cadrage, Etude, Design, Développement, Recette et mise en production), en respectant les méthodologies appliquées (Agile & Cycle en V) et spécificités propres aux équipes impliquées.
- Suivi et vérification de l'avancement des projets (qualité / coût / délai) et du respect du cahier des charges.
- Reporting régulier sur l’avancement du portefeuille projets auprès des sponsors, des Business Owners et autres équipes concernées.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme et expérience : Bac +5
- Langues : Français et Anglais
- Compétences techniques et métiers:

- Requises:

- Anglais courant obligatoire (contexte international)
- Bonne communication orale et écrite
- Autonome
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Capacité à bien appréhender l’architecture et l’infrastructure d’un SI
- Organisé, vous savez challenger des visions de manière constructive et proposer des méthodologies rigoureuses.
- Forte capacité d'analyse combinée à une excellente capacité à comprendre des domaines fonctionnels hétérogènes.
- Connaissances concept de l’Agilité.
- Appréciées:

- Intérêt pour la technique et les nouvelles solutions technologiques est un plus

Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans des missions similaires.
