**Position**:
Moët Hennessy is LVMH’s wines and spirits arm, global leader in the luxury wines & spirits sector, and recognized internationally for his exceptional and exclusive brands. The Learning and Development is a newly created team within the HR Division, with the aim to transform Moet Hennessy into a Learning organization, from cultural, strategic, and operational perspectives. We want to give our employees the opportunity to develop and flourish in the best version of themselves. To support this ambition, we are looking for a Human centered learning leader who is keen to join the team as Instructional Designer and Learning Solution Lead, reporting to the L&OD Director and eager to make a positive impact on +8,000 people

**Main Responsibilities**

Be a Champion in driving the learning culture at Moet Hennessy. In specific:

- Be the guardian and master of the Learning offer and architecture:

- Define the communication and engagement strategy to drive engagement and adoption of content across the whole organisation
- Set goals, define standards and metrics to assess efficiency and effectiveness learning at Moet Hennessy
- Create, support, and deploy learner-centric learning solutions involving a wide array of learning strategies including blended e-learning, digital, micro learning, online coaching etc..
- Partner with the Learning Product Manager on the learning ecosystem and associated online learning technologies - evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the system, managing, and resolving system issues and proactively planning for system enhancements.
- Bring operational and cost efficiency by optimizing learning “value chain” creation ( content, translation, delivery etc. )

Act of source of expertise on emerging learning trends, practices, technologies, and capabilities and be available as a development resource for all Moet Hennessy learning community.

**Profile**:

- A true passion in learning and on mission to help people flourishing in the best version of themselves
- Master's degree in instructional design or educational design and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
- Established track record for taking a strategic and consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative learning programs with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs
- Strong proficiency and proven experiences in working with learning tech (LXP, LMS etc..) and instructional technologies and programs
- Advanced project management and organizational skills, including the ability to execute on several diverse projects simultaneously while managing details and meeting deadlines
- Great interpersonal and critical thinking skills; experience to work as a thought partner to senior colleagues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in various mediums to interact with all levels of the company. Native level of English required.
