**Associate Real Estate Valuer F/H**

Au sein de KPMG Corporate Finance, l'équipe Real Estate conseille ses clients grands comptes et institutionnels (utilisateurs, promoteurs, fonds d'investissement, foncières privées et cotées) sur l'ensemble des problématiques liées au développement, à l'investissement, à la gestion, au financement et à la cession d'actifs (bureaux, commerces, logistique, résidentiel, hôtellerie, santé).

**VOS CHALLENGES**:
De chez vous, du bureau, de chez le client, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes:

- Évaluations immobilières (actifs immobiliers et sociétés à prépondérance immobilière), revues d'évaluation et modélisations, dans les contextes suivants : transactions, refinancement, définition de stratégie patrimoniale, contexte réglementaire ou d'audit financier.
- Conseil en stratégie dans le cadre de la préparation de business plans sur des portefeuilles d’actifs, d'optimisation de parcs immobiliers, de restructuration d'actifs

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou d'un équivalent universitaire en finance ou en droit et économie immobilière ;
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins deux ans en investissement, asset management, financement ou conseil dans le secteur Real Estate ;
- Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, entreprenant(e), avec un fort goût de l'analyse et un bon esprit de synthèse ;
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe et faites preuve d'un excellent relationnel ;
- Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) ;
- Vous parlez l'anglais et idéalement une seconde langue européenne.

**Localisation**:
Vous serez basé à La Défense, Tour EQHO dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.
