Position: Junior CSR/ESG Specialist
- Location: Gennevilliers
- Type: Full-time
- Department: CSR C&F
- **Main activities**
- Collect, gather and treat the CSR data from Albéa C&F operations and suppliers.
- Monitor and assess the company's performance against CSR targets.
- Support in the preparation and analysis of CSR/ESG reports.
- Guide the production plants in their EcoVadis assessments and assist in corporate EcoVadis answering and CDP submission.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in CSR/ESG.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on climate and environmental initiatives.
**Accountability including KPIs**
CSR data and KPIs delivery
- Ensure systematic approach on CSR reporting
- Perform CSR scoring performance (EcoVadis score, CDP result)
- Alignement of reporting with CSRD regulation
- **Profile (Experience & qualifications)**
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, chemical, or environmental sciences.- Strong passion for sustainability and CSR regulations.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
