Rattaché au équipes Supply Chain EMEA et au sein de l’équipe Market Operations EMEA, votre rôle, en tant que stagiaire Market Operations, sera d'assurer la coordination et le traitement des commandes client. Vous serez le lien entre le Client, nos équipes commerciales et les opérations de Lacoste. En parallèle de vos missions opérationnelles, vous mènerez des études et analyses destinées à améliorer nos process de fonctionnement et de décision.

- Vos principales missions opérationnelles seront:

- Effectuer et/ou contrôler l’intégration des commandes clients dans le SI dédiés.
- Suivre l'état d'avancement des commandes en relation avec les plateformes et fournir les informations aux clients.
- Planifier et suivre les livraisons pour les clients selon les règles définies (budget, politique de transport).
- Effectuer la facturation et assurer le suivi en relation avec les services comptables
- Traiter les réclamations et litiges des clients liés aux envois (collecte, recherche des causes, réponse au client)
- Coordonner l'activité en relation avec les différents services internes.
- Renseigner les tableaux de bord pour le suivi de l'activité
- Mettre à jour les données du portefeuille clients dans les outils informatiques
- Suivre les niveaux d'affectation des commandes et d'avancement du budget
- Fournir et valider les prévisions de préparation aux filiales et aux services clients.
- Planifier les Mise en préparation de son périmètre
- Mettre à jour les rapports de suivi et consolider les données pour le suivi de l'activité transport.
- Contrôler la bonne exécution du flux de transport et la gestion des aléas (retards, incidents, etc.).
- Gérer la mise en place de solutions de transport spécifiques pour répondre à des besoins particuliers (urgences, ouverture de magasins, etc.).
- Gérer, contrôler et générer les factures/notes de crédit des transporteurs.
- Gérer la réconciliation et l'archivage des documents douaniers d'exportation.

Amélioration continue : Etudes et analyses
- Pilotage et décision de mise en place des flux directs entre les sites de productions / fournisseurs et nos clients : définition des règles d’éligibilité des flux directs, incluant les impacts transport et règles douanières
- Gestion des consommables en entrepôt : sur l’entrepôt principal de l’Europe, définition d’un process aligné avec tous les acteurs qui commandent des consommables
- Diplômé d’une grande Ecole d’ingénieur ou de Commerce avec une spécialités en : Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Une première expérience/stage dans la demande, l'approvisionnement ou les ventes
- Solides compétences en communication et en commerce
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse, d'organisation, de prise de décision et de résolution de problèmes.
- Compétences avancées en Excel, expérience avec un ou plusieurs ERP (CEGID Orli).
