**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a Senior **Release Train Engineer (Safe methodology) (f/m) **to join our Support & Services and Manufacturing Services PSL in the Domain PLM based in **Marignane, France.**

**You will be part of a team developing the tool chain permitting to support the Aircraft documentation for all programs. **As part of the Support Engineering team, you will be involved in the organization of the project management for Agile Teams, Product manager team ensuring the delivery of all projects in the S&S scope

**Your challenges**:
Started in 2019, this ART has reached a good level of maturity. Nevertheless, the operational context requires a fast acceleration in the coming PIs. The Solution Engineering RTE will have to lead this acceleration through:
**Your challenges**:

- **People coaching **(posture, focus on the core mission)
- LPM specific bottlenecks, DevOps capabilities
- Leading PI Planning and execution
- Ensure Team consistency in terms of planification and follow up
- **Manage and optimize the flow o **f value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program Kanbans and other information radiators
- Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre
- and Post-PI Planning meetings
- Facilitate the PI planning event and periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
- **Help manage risks and dependencies and escalate Issues**
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
- Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering
- **Work with Product and Solution Management **, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the DevOps and Release on Demand competency
- Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle
- Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve
- **Foster Communities of Practice **and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices

- 8 years experience of large team of teams coaching, proven records of organization around value
- Tools expertise: Klaxoon, Jira, Confluence, Agile tools
- Framework knowledge: Agile and extended scrum

- Strong facilitation, organization and communication skills,
- Autonomy, Enthusiasm, Motivation, Lead by example
