**Your Role**
We are looking for a talented and experienced BI Analyst to join our Data team in the Taste Nutrition and Health segment. You will be responsible for providing key reports and dashboards, supporting key users, and participating in the global BI project.

You will also be required to address group needs in terms of data coming from legacy and local systems. Your primary objective will be to provide platforms to the users to report KPIs per domain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as finance, sales, and operations to understand their data requirements and provide them with actionable insights.
- Create and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Participate in the definition and execution of the new global BI platform.
- Ensure that the data provided to the business is accurate, timely, and meets quality standards.
- Address group needs in terms of data coming from legacy and local systems.
- Develop and maintain data models and ensure that they are aligned with business requirements.
- Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Work with the IT team to ensure that data architecture and infrastructure are optimized for reporting and analytics.

**About You**
- You should have experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Microstrategy, as well as new big data technologies.
- Experience with SQL or Oracle dbb is a must.
- You should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak English fluently.
- You should be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across various business units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
- You should have the ability to prioritize workload and deliver work on time with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is preferred.
