Alternance en Technical Services (M/F) - Paris

**MISSIONS**

Après une période de formation et d’intégration dans l’équipe Technical Services, l’alternant Technical Services aura les deux rôles principaux suivants:

- **
Mission 1 : Mise en place d’une Pipeline CI/CD pour les environnements NXaaS (Priorité 1)**:

- Etudier les différentes architectures de logiciels créés par NeoXam pour bien comprendre le besoin
- Participer à la phase d’analyse de la solution de déploiement automatique sur des environnements hébergés en cloud privé ou cloud public (Interne, AWS, Azure)
- Participer au développement de playbooks Ansible, ainsi qu’à la création de jobs Jenkins
- Sécuriser la solution en contrôlant et historisant les déploiements, ainsi qu’en sécurisant les variables nécessaires via Vault
- Suivre l’évolution du projet en étroite coordination avec les équipes TS / R&D / Comet
- Planifier, réaliser et faire le suivi des projets d’installation et de mise à jour automatisées des solutions NeoXam
- **
Mission 2 : Support Technique des clients finaux (Priorité 2)**:

- Participer à la gestion des applicatifs de nos clients hébergés ou à l’exécution de nos services managés.
- Participer à la gestion des priorités et monitorer les demandes afin de respecter nos engagements de qualité
- Collaborer étroitement avec les supports de niveau 3 (équipes de développement, sous-traitants) et les consultants fonctionnels
- Assister des équipes internes NeoXam sur les aspects techniques des progiciels

**PROFIL**
- Est étudiant en alternance et prépare un diplôme Bac+4 / Bac+5 en Informatique ou domaine équivalent
- A déjà une 1ère expérience en apprentissage ou des stages en informatique
- A développé un projet en Java ou Python
- A de l’appétence pour le scripting (Python, Ansible, Schell, etc.)
- A des connaissances basiques en Jenkins, le monde du cloud et le réseau
- A de l’appétence pour la finance de marché et capable de monter en compétences à moyen terme.
- Est capable de travailler en équipe et de communiquer clairement à l’écrit et à l’oral.
