**Vos responsabilités**:
Piloter la phase de run des projets de test dans un environnement automobile, en assurant la coordination et la mise en œuvre des processus.
Superviser l'ensemble des activités de test en phase de run, en veillant à l'optimisation et à l'amélioration continue des processus.
Gérer le budget et les ressources.
Assurer la planification détaillée des tâches et le suivi de l'avancement des activités de test.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement, de production et de qualité pour garantir l'alignement des tests avec les exigences opérationnelles.
Fournir un reporting régulier sur l'état d'avancement du projet, les risques identifiés et les actions correctives mises en place.
Participer à l'amélioration des méthodologies de test et à l'intégration de nouvelles technologies ou outils de test.

**Vos qualifications**:
Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent dans un domaine pertinent (mécanique, électronique, informatique industrielle, etc.).
Plus de 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement dans le secteur industriel automobile.
Expérience avérée dans la gestion de la phase de run de projets, avec une forte orientation processus plutôt que produit.
Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, pour collaborer efficacement dans un environnement international.
Compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe, avec une capacité à motiver et à diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires.
Excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche méthodique et rigoureuse.
Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de gestion de projet.
Flexibilité et adaptabilité pour travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
Communication à l'écrit comme à l'oral en français et en anglais.
