**Vos missions et challenges**:
La **Direction Opérationnelle du Facility Management de Bouygues Energies & Services France** assure la maintenance et l’exploitation de sites exceptionnels partout en France.
Nos équipes s’investissent au quotidien pour maintenir la performance des bâtiments et apporter un haut niveau de services aux occupants.
Au sein de notre **périmètre Grands Projets**, en raison d’une mobilité, nous recrutons **un e Contract Manager,** sur notre site emblématique de Paris 15ème, constitué d’une équipe projet et exploitation intégrée et pluridisciplinaire de plus de 80 collaborateurs.
**Rattaché e au Directeur d’exploitation**, vous évoluez dans un environnement complexe et avez la responsabilité d’identifier, d’anticiper et de maîtriser les risques de pénalités contractuels.
**Votre rôle**:
- **Défendre les intérêts de Bouygues Energies & Services face au client.**
Pour cela vous connaissez parfaitement le contrat, ainsi que les enjeux financiers qui en résultent. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la direction juridique et les parties prenantes au contrat.
Vous savez élaborer une stratégie, rassembler toutes les informations nécessaires, rédiger les courriers et suivre les dossiers de près.
Votre ténacité et votre pragmatisme seront vos atouts pour envisager toutes les issues possibles et prendre le recul nécessaire pour faire face aux objections.
- **Accompagner et sensibiliser les exploitants aux risques de pénalités**
Vous participez aux différents points mensuels et trimestriels de suivi de la FMAO afin d’identifier les risques liés aux demandes de gel de délai, aux clôtures des Ordres de Travail (OT) anciens ou récents. Vous sensibilisez les équipes à s’assurer de l’absence de risque avant la clôture de chaque OT.
Vous pouvez être amené e à remplacer le Directeur d’Exploitation en cas d’absence aux différentes réunions stratégiques avec le client.
**Et si c'était vous ?**:
De formation supérieure Universitaire ou Ecole d’Ingénieur, vous avez une expérience confirmée d’au moins 7 ans dans un environnement complexe avec d’importants enjeux financiers, techniques et juridiques.
Fin stratège, vous aimez lire et décortiquer des contrats, les comptes-rendus de réunions afin d’identifier les arguments nécessaires à la défense des intérêts du groupe.
Vous aimez être proche du terrain et comprendre les problématiques techniques.
Vous êtes reconnu e pour votre charisme et vos capacités rédactionnelles, vos qualités d’écoute et votre diplomatie.
Chez Bouygues Energies & Services France, vous bénéficiez d’une rémunération fixe annuelle brute sur 13,3 mois.
Forfait cadre (statut chef de groupe) + 11RTT + Journée de solidarité
