Our Saint-Ouen site is looking for an M&A intern. Within the M&A department, your objectives will be to assist in the management and closing of acquisition and disposal projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Under the responsibility of the M&A Director, your main missions will be as follows:

- Market and potential target analyses:

- Research of economic and financial information
- Preparation of presentation materials
- Company valuations (stock market comparables, transactional comparables, DCF, WACC calculation, etc.)
- Preparation of summary documents for recommendation to the Group's General Management
- Participation in the team's recurring missions (updating databases, preparing newsletters, monthly review of acquisition and disposal projects, etc.)
- Participation in due diligence processes
- Participation in the development and implementation of integration plans
- Missions can evolve according to M&A needs

**PROFILE**:

- Academic profile: Business School or Paris-Dauphine, Master 1 or 2, major in Finance and/or Strategy.
- Technical skills:

- Good financial knowledge (ideally acquired during previous experience within a Transaction Service or M&A department).
- Financial modeling skills
- Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Behavioral skills:

- Rigor, analysis and synthesis skills required
- Willingness to work on international projects
- Effective and pleasant communication.

**DURATION**:

- 6-month internship, starting July 2024
