Administrative Support Internship

Position: Administrative Assistant Intern (F/M)

As part of our administrative team, you will collaborate closely with your mentor and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing scheduling and calendar management
  • Handling human resources documentation
  • Assisting in the evaluation and processing of employee compensation
  • Streamlining existing administrative processes
  • Facilitating communication between management and staff

Your role will adapt based on your educational journey and personal interests.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a BAC+3 or BAC+4 qualification in management assistance, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, is proficient in the Office suite, and demonstrates independence and attention to detail.
