Società internazionale di servizi tecnici dedicata all’impiantistica industriale che fornisce i seguenti servizi:
**Costruzione**:

- Supervisione al montaggio
- Gestione e coordinamento del passaggio dalla fase di costruzione all’avviamento
- Ufficio tecnico di cantiere

**Avviamento ed esercizio degli impianti**:

- Supervisione ed esecuzione dell’avviamento
- Sviluppo dell’ingegneria e dei manuali per:

- Avviamento
- Esercizio e manutenzione
- Organizzazione, esecuzione dell’esercizio
- Addestramento del personale di esercizio e manutenzione

**Posizione**:
Mechanical Superintendent Pipeline:

- Promuovere pratiche di lavoro sicure e tutelare l'ambiente, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza
- Garantire il rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali e di qualità del progetto
- Impostare il cronoprogramma rispettando il quadro temporale assegnato all'ambito di lavoro specifico
- Provvedere alla corretta ed economica esecuzione dei lavori di costruzione meccanica, ai sensi dei programmi operativi stabiliti, coordinando e controllando le attività svolte dal team dipendenti
- Dare tutte le informazioni riguardanti lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori indicando la causa degli scostamenti tra il programma e il

lavoro svolto e proporre soluzioni e/o richiedere istruzioni per superare tali problemi. Controllare la produzione dei parametri in termini di efficienza e produttività
- Garantire un flusso di lavoro disciplinare adeguato, interfacciandosi con tutta l'organizzazione del progetto
- Supportare la risoluzione dei problemi tecnici riscontrati durante l'esecuzione dei lavori
- Garantire la corretta contabilità delle quantità dei lavori, compreso l'aggiornamento delle ore di manodopera e delle stime dei costi per i cambiamenti di lavoro
- Assicurare la supervisione e il monitoraggio dei lavori eseguiti, appaltati o in affidamento diretto. Coordinare persone e risorse tecniche, indicando eventuali necessità o eccedenze. Pianificare e monitorare le attività dei fornitori o di eventuali specialisti sul sito
- Gestire la documentazione técnica e amministrativa
- Garantire il conseguimento del certificato MC secondo la priorità e la sistematizzazione effettuata dalla messa in servizio, essendo responsabile della certificazione e della liquidazione della punch list

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza lingua inglese
- Avere consapevolezza delle sequenze di costruzione meccanica delle condutture. Avere piena consapevolezza delle attività di costruzione meccanica delle condutture, quali tesatura tubi, piegatura tubi, allineamento, saldatura iniziale, riempimento e chiusura, saldatura finale, abbassamento del gasdotto fino alla trincea, ispezioni a raggi X, prove idrostatiche e ripristini.
- Garantire il rispetto dei tempi previsti e del piano di controllo qualità. Organizzare e gestire il team assegnato. Mantenere la sicurezza e l'incolumità della squadra di costruzione
