**Warehouse Operations**

**Responsibilities**:Oversees the Warehouse activities (receiving, stock management, preparation, shipping) in order to guarantee the department objectives achievement.
- Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, contributing to budget preparation, and overseeing expenditures.
- Manages warehouse teams ensuring engagement of employees
- Manages warehouse operations by stock takes and inventory management,
- Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
- Develops warehouse operations systems by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes.
- Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies (EHS, HR, Quality )

**Technical Skills**:

- In depth supply chain knowledge such as demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning
- Skilled in analyzing information
- Mastering Lean concepts, principles and tools (DMAIC process, Kaizen ). Lean licenses or certifications is a plus
- Project management skills
- Proficiency with ERP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other programs such as Access and Tableau and understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and function specific software
