Description de l’emploi
MISSION
- Déployer et soutenir les deux processus S&OP et MPS au sein de tous les Centres/Départements/Services de la Direction Technique. S&OP pour le pilotage des ressources à moyen terme (horizon 3 ans), MPS pour le pilotage des ressources et des livrables à court terme (12 mois)
- Support Projet et Managers : soutenir les Responsable de Lots de Travaux (WPM) et les Managers des Directions opérationnelles (Technique, Industrielle, Achats et Qualité), pour le déploiement de l’outil Planisware et des Bonnes Pratiques de gestion de projet, ainsi que pour la gestion des livrables et des ressources.
- Soutien d’une partie de l’organisation de la Direction Technique pour réaliser les boucles S&OP semestrielles, sous la responsabilité du référent et en lien avec les interfaces de la Direction Financière
- Soutien d’une partie de l’organisation de la Direction Technique pour dérouler les boucles MPS mensuelles, sous la responsabilité du referent et en lien avec les responsables de Centres, avec l’objectif d’améliorer le pilotage et la performance « On Time Delivery » (OTD) des livrables
- Déploiement de l’outil Planisware et des Bonnes Pratiques de gestion de projet, pour une partie du périmètre des Directions opérationnelles
- Contribution pro-active au plan de progrès
Qualification
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation de type de Bac+5 en Gestion de Projet.
Vous possédez une expérience 10 ans au minimum au même type de poste.
Vous avez connaissance des processus financiers de l’entreprise et des processus de pilotage de la performance (tableaux de bords). Vous avez des compétences en gestion de projet et vous maîtrisez Planisware et SAP.
Votre niveau d’anglais courant vous permet d’étudier une documentation technique, de rédiger et d’échanger au quotidien.
Facile d'accès, vous faîtes preuve d'organisation et d'esprit d'équipe. Votre aisance relationnelle et votre sens de la pédagogie vous permettent de vous adapter à différents profils et d’animer des formations.
