Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, you will ensure a smooth and stress-free transition by managing immigration procedures, administrative formalities, and the human side of mobility. Vos missions 1. Immigration & Administrative Support Through the Hiliv platform, you will act as the primary contact for new clients relocating to France. You’ll oversee key immigration processes, mainly visa procedures in compliance with French law. Beyond administrative guidance, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing clear explanations, practical tips, and reassurance to make every client’s relocation experience smooth and transparent. 2. Product & Process Improvement As a frequent user of the Hiliv platform, you’ll work closely with our CTO by sharing feedback from the field, such as clients needs or opportunities for improvement, helping us continuously refine our technology and user experience. Vos compétences Experience : Minimum 2–4 years of experience in immigration law or international mobility. Proven experience managing clients cases and administrative procedures related to foreigners’ rights in France (residence permits, visas, EU/non-EU procedures, etc.). Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of French immigration law and administrative processes Familiarity with digital tools (CRM systems, collaborative platforms) Experience managing cases for both EU and non-EU nationals Languages : Native or fluent in French Professional English is essential
