CEPA is a German-based company which specializes in university-level academic faculty-led programs, summer and semester programs, as well as the organization of higher level seminars and professional workshops. Our European Study Center (ESC) Strasbourg is located in the Château de Pourtalès. We accept applications for internships starting every January/February and every fall in August/September. In addition, we welcome initiative applications throughout the year. At the moment, we are looking for someone who can start in April/May 2026. Please feel free to contact us and tell us about yourself Tasks European Study Center Strasbourg: Project management: organization and implementation of faculty-led programs in Europe Expanding and cultivating contacts with companies or institutions who welcome our groups Budgeting and cost control Research and analysis on cultural and academic topics related to new study abroad topics and regions Evaluation of customer reviews Château de Pourtalès: Reception and guest service with check-in and check-out Breakfast service with preparation and clean-up Back office support Requirements Bachelor’s degree (tourism, business administration, cultural studies or similar) Immatriculation connfirmation ("Convention de Stage") Previous experience abroad and in the organization of events/group trips preferred Fluency in English, further language skills in French, German, Italian or Spanish preferred Advanced MS Office skills High level of teamwork and communication skills Benefits Flexible working hours Remote work flexibility Team events Free lodging if needed Take advantage of an internship at CEPA and support our team at the ESC Strasbourg.
