Je recherche un GLOBAL INFLUENCE & PR MANAGER pour rejoindre le département communication d’une marque beauté afin de Définir et déployer la stratégie globale PR & Influence (avec comme ambition de faire rayonner la marque dans les médias et sur les plateformes SOME. Responsabilités principales : § Définir et déployer la stratégie globale PR & Influence (France, UK, US). § Adapter la stratégie selon objectifs, calendrier, tendances et lancements produits. § Piloter l’agence RP UK pour renforcer visibilité et attractivité de la marque. § Créer guidelines, templates, reportings et optimiser la performance PR/influence. § Développer et entretenir un réseau de journalistes, influenceurs et KOL. § Gérer les relations KOL : campagnes, contenus, seeding, etc... § Collaborer avec les différents département en interne (Social Media, Création, Marketing et Growth) pour maximiser l'impact § Concevoir des collaborations créatives et opérations drive-to-store. § Imaginer et organiser des événements impactants avec un souci de l'efficacité § Suivre, analyser et reporter les KPI PR/influence (hebdo, mensuel, annuel). § Assurer une veille constante sur les tendances marketing, influence et technologies. Profil : 5 années d’expérience en PR/Influence dans un environnement international. Expérience MODE/BEAUTE IMPERATIVE Réseau solide dans les médias, RP et influence. Excellentes compétences relationnelles ; forte capacité de networking. Maîtrise des principales plateformes some et leurs algorithmes (IG, TT, YT) Fortes capacités analytiques Fluent en anglais Mission : Démarrage : asap Format : Full-time Durée : 3 mois Localisation : Paris Rythme : 3 jours de présentiel
